This work, titled “Open Mind,” celebrates life and our awareness of the conditionings that come with it. The scar on the left eye symbolizes how life can mark us, but also how those lessons are sometimes necessary to gain certain insights. The light running through the center of the panel represents the life force that we increasingly feel flowing when we remain open to it. In the background, the flower of life, the oldest symbol of humanity, is depicted. This geometric pattern is found throughout various cultures and contains secrets of life that we must be open to in order to understand and embrace
